Hello fans:

When Im not at school I enjoy movies, resturants, traveling, sports, and of course training. This is my first year with the Musclemania Federation and what an amazing time it has been. I've met so many great athletes from all over North America who pirde themselves on competiting naturally. The energy at these shows is really something else, so come check it out.

I will be spending the rest of the season preparing for next years Canadian Tour, which will be starting in March. I will need to put on some size if I am going to improve my placing at the 2005 Superbody Championships. So with that, next year will be an even busier season than this one, but for now life in the gym involves lifting heavy, and uping the anty.

Food is something I do not take for granted. Being a natural athlete the best way of growing is of course food. My meals consist of high protein/moderate carbs/to light fat. I stay reasonably lean on my off-season but with my main goal of putting on size. As far as my competition diet goes I keep it simple consuming foods like: tuna, egg whites, haddock, pollock, and protien shakes; broccilli, celery, and oatmeal and water. The key to maintaining my diet is spices.

So with the 2005 season upon us there are many goals to be set and accomplishments to be reached. I will be at least 5 pounds heavier on stage next year, with even more expierience. I plan on sweeping through the Canadian tour competiting in both the Jr. and Mens categories and finshing off again in Miami.

Finally I would like to thank God for so much he has presented me in my life, my parents, my entire family and to the role models of my youth: Cory Johnston, Steve Briggs, Craig MacDonald, and Mother Theresea. Shout out to Suz, Curry, Thornborrow, Vitale, Doucette, and AC. I'd also like to thank the entire Musclemania Federation for putting on these great shows.

Stay positive and look to the future. Your dreams will turn out a reality.

Peace,
Trevor Ryan
