Greek natural bodybuilder Kwnstantinos Badidos is keeping a clean, lean and healthy physique all season. But, the 5'9", 208 lbs., 25 year old student says he isn't sure about competing this season. "I am still working hard and going to school, so lack of funds may not permit me to afford all of the food and supplements I need to training at my peak." Hopefully conditions improve for Constantine so he'll be able to bring his classic shape to the Musclemania® stage later this season.
Musclemania® Pro Michael Lee lays out his "Rules to Getting Lean": - Hydration- Drink 100oz of water each day - Sweat - Do 15-60 mins of cardio each day - Lift Weights - Do 3-6 training sessions per week - Solid Nutrition - Eat a high protein diet - Rest & Recovery - Listen to your body, rest when necessary and always get a good nights sleep.
Musclemania® Junior Champion Brandon Flihan says, "I trained chest extremely heavy the other day. I'm going slowly into my off season increasing calories. Mainly carbs and the pump I got from the heavy weights was so intense it almost hurt."
Musclemania® Physique Junior Champion Jun Cho is in mass mode. The 5'11", 195 lbs., 22 year old says, "I am eating a lot more calories and lifting heavier. Winning both my shows last season has motivated me to develop a bigger, better physique. I'm pumped!"
Curt Griffin Musclemania Pro is back training and getting ready for the new season. The 6'3", 245 lbs., Montreal native opened his own fitness center and started a family last year. "I had different priorities but now I'm back training and eating right again," Curt explained. He last competed at '15 MM World and nearly won the show!
Musclemania® Classic Champion Julian Tanaka says, "Keep things real and put miracles aside. Saying that you want to lose weight is a good start. Now you also have to be realistic about it. Instead of imagining losing 12 pounds, you should set up a goal which is attainable to you. It's better to lose a few pounds less than what you have planned and be happy with it then to be depressed because you couldn't meet the loftier goal. Then, set another goal and repeat the process. This way your level of motivation will increase when you realize that you're getting closer and closer to the weight you want."
'15 Musclemania® Arabia Champion Hisham Khaled dominated the show and proud to say all natural. "I have been natural forever and will never use any steroids! I love the gym, training and making my body, but I'm not going to use drugs. Its too much fun without it!" The 5'8", 185 lbs., 22 year old says he hopes to compete at MM Universe in Miami Beach in June.
'14 Musclemania® UK Champion Ashley Ashers has grown 5 kgs. / 11 lbs. every season since his first show. Now the 5'7", 180 lbs., London trainer is preparing for MM Europe shows and says he'll be even bigger. "I have kept a clean diet for 3 years and grown slowly but with quality. My focus has been achieving a symmetrical physique."
Musclemania® Pro Simeon Panda morning condition check ☑️. He says, "Same condition 365 days a year. If you truly want to know how, I implore you to understand my thought process towards diet, why I don't bulk and cut, why I believe in healthy eating, why I'm so passionate about fitness, how I started, why I continue and why I want to motivate others."
Model America™ Champion Mark Robinson says, "I know my strength is getting shredded rather than getting huge. And. I never judge myself against others but rather appreciate myself for who I am! I look past my weaknesses and focus on my strengths. I aim to always reflect positivity and refrain from negativity. My goal is to bring motivation to you all to chase after your own dreams as I continue to climb mountains myself."
