Clean, Lean and Healthy

Greek natural bodybuilder Kwnstantinos Badidos is keeping a clean, lean and healthy physique all season. But, the 5'9", 208 lbs., 25 year old student says he isn't sure about competing this season. "I am still working hard and going to school, so lack of funds may not permit me to afford all of the food and supplements I need to training at my peak." Hopefully conditions improve for Constantine so he'll be able to bring his classic shape to the Musclemania® stage later this season.

Back in Training

Curt Griffin Musclemania Pro is back training and getting ready for the new season. The 6'3", 245 lbs., Montreal native opened his own fitness center and started a family last year. "I had different priorities but now I'm back training and eating right again," Curt explained. He last competed at '15 MM World and nearly won the show!

Keep It Real

Musclemania® Classic Champion Julian Tanaka says, "Keep things real and put miracles aside. Saying that you want to lose weight is a good start. Now you also have to be realistic about it. Instead of imagining losing 12 pounds, you should set up a goal which is attainable to you. It's better to lose a few pounds less than what you have planned and be happy with it then to be depressed because you couldn't meet the loftier goal. Then, set another goal and repeat the process. This way your level of motivation will increase when you realize that you're getting closer and closer to the weight you want."

Natural Forever

'15 Musclemania® Arabia Champion Hisham Khaled dominated the show and proud to say all natural. "I have been natural forever and will never use any steroids! I love the gym, training and making my body, but I'm not going to use drugs. Its too much fun without it!" The 5'8", 185 lbs., 22 year old says he hopes to compete at MM Universe in Miami Beach in June.
