At the 2005 Fitness Britain Championships, an amazing competitor took the stage and wooded the audience and judges with freshing choreographed mix of dance, flips and acrobatics. It reminded seasoned Fitness America followers of past champion's like Mia Finnegan's gymnastics, MaDonna Grimes' dance and Tsianina Joelson's stage
presence. Irina Cotton of Ipswich, UK (no relation to the currently released movie) is a 46 year old former Russian gymnast and sport aerobic athlete. At 5'3", 110 lbs. and originally from Ukraine, she is a head coach of many British elite gymnasts and enjoys commercial choreography. "I have always loved performing for people and especially teaching kids the beauty of gymnastic dance," says Irina.
