At 5’9″, 205 lbs., Musclemania® Classic Morgan Nakhisa is in gaining mode as he prepares for Musclemania Paris this season. He explains, “I train 2-3 times a day targeting my weakest body parts first! And, during the first 3 days of the week are the most intensive as I train heavy on basic movements! The other days I train with less weight but with some intensive methods like supersets and dropsets which allow me to increase volume, the pump and recovering!”
