Musclemania® India Junior Champion Pranav Raj says he’s keeping a lean physique as he prepares for next season of shows. The 5’7″, 170 lbs., 21 year, natural athletes explains, says, “I take 2.5 gm protein per 1 kgs of body weight and 50 gm fat for calories instead of carbohydrates. I recommend healthy fats more in the off-season instead of high carbohydrates. For training I’m also doing a high volume, high intensity pattern with low frequency.” Pranav is training for MM Asia and other international junior shows next season.
