At 5'10", 186 lbs., 21 years old, Chase Coviello is a natural lean machine! He explains how's he doing it. "I’m currently doing a lean bulk. I’m eating 6 full meals a day, staying in a caloric surplus at 4,100 calories a day and all the while carb loading to keep myself full throughout all my lifts. I'm currently eating 1.6 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight."
The New Hampshire trainer says his goal is to gain around 1-2 lbs a month.
