Musclemania® Paris Classic Medhat Alkhwaga has been training for 16 years. The 5'6", 160 lbs., 32 year old personal trainer says he's always in shape. "My diet consists of high carbs in the morning and noon and less in the afternoon," Mehat explains. "I like to alternate between supersets and heavy weights workout. I am always motivated with training in good and bad times. Most of all, I love natural bodybuilding for so many reasons."
