Looking everyday lean, New Yorker David Nguyen makes it an everyday lifestyle. The 5'8", 162 lbs., 26 year old explains, "My current training consists of a full body split 7 x week. I like to keep my muscles stimulated so they are consistently growing. Obviously my nutrition and dieting would have to be on pare with my training. So, I do an intermittent fast until 3 pm and with a 7 hour feeding window. I am a big believer on flexible dieting while trying to hit at least 1.4g of protein per bodyweight in lbs."
