"Back when I first started lifting, I used to try and curl as heavy as possible expecting to see growth 😂," says the 5'9", 168 lbs., 21 year old, lifetime natural. "I definitely got a lot stronger but hardly saw any size. Later on I figured out my body responds very well with medium weight with high reps. I started taking shorter breaks in between sets and focused on my pump. One of my favorite bicep workouts are cable curls, I also love doing drop sets on every bicep workout."
