Gohary El Gohary may have won Model Egypt Championships earlier this month, but the 5'6", 180 lbs., businessman says he's intent on become a successful bodybuilder. "I won the model show. Next I want to win Musclemania® Egypt Physique and, finally MMM bodybuilding," Gohary says about his plans.

"I will maintain around 6-7% bodyfat throughout the next few months while clean eating. My diet will be of high protein. moderate carbs and low healthy fats, ill have a cheat meal every week. When I find that my bodyfat percentage is increasing, Ill either up my cardio a little, or do some carb cycling for 2-3 weeks or until fat level desired is reached."
