Musclemania Paris Physique Junior Champion Stephen Harrison says he's set his on develop a bigger, leaner and more symmetrical physique for next season. The 6'4", 235 lbs., 21 year old has been a professional European commercial model for over 10 years. Stephen says, "I’ve switched up my workout program since the show. I’m a fan of changing the workout on a regular basis. You don't have to reinvent your entire routine every week, but you do want to shift it around a little. Someone who does the same activity all the time is likely to plateau much sooner than someone who varies his or her workouts. Just as you can get bored by always doing the same exercises, your body can also adapt to these exercises so that they don't offer the same benefits that they once did. Dieting wise: after an indulging weekend I’m back to my regular diet that mainly consists out of red meat and chicken, not to forget my lovely salmon that I’ll have after every workout!"
