Moroccan teenager Mehdi Kamal says he's been training since he was 14 years old. The 6', 176 lbs., 18 year old knows his training regimen. "I follow a Push / Pull / Leg program and hit every muscle at least twice a week. My workouts are based on compound movements, so I can improve my muscle mass and also strength, endurance and with weighted calisthenics." Mehdi also does boxing, jiu jitsu and MMA. Next year, he will begin university in Spain and wants to become a doctor.

Mehdi will compete at Musclemania┬« Morocco next season.
