Musclemania® Balkan Champion Blaz Hrastnik is focused on balanced training. The 6'2", 230 lbs., Slovenian physician explains, "My workouts are always based on heavy weight, low repetition sets and negative sets. In the second half of the workout I try to isolate and hit the parts which I believe are lacking development, for example in this picture the outer head of biceps." Blaz competed at MM Paris last month and is training now for next season.
