Musclemania Physique Champion Michel Jarabito didn't give up even a day of training and dieting after the show in October. "I was back in the gym and eating right," the 5'10", 200 lbs., Dominican native says. "I eat six times a day, nearly 4,000 calories, 180g protein plus rice, chicken and a lot of vegetables. My training including 15 minutes and HIT 3 times a week." Michel is training for his MM Pro debut at the Universe in Miami Beach.
