Binod Sapkota was a competitive soccer player through school years. But 5'5", 127 lbs., 23 year old, natural athlete got hooked onto bodybuilding after taking a desk job at a local gym. "I grew up in foster care and always on my own, so bodybuilding has been a great way to focus my energies. Currently, I work out almost 6 days a week, And my meals include eggs, oatmeal, chicken, fish, rice, vegetables, protein shakes and fruits."
Binod will make his Musclemania® debut this season and will be going back to college to achieve my physical therapist degree.
