Musclemania® Europe Junior Ovi Diu is near show shape all season. This week, the 5'7", 176 lbs., 26 year old says, "I do 20–25 sets for large body parts, like back and quads and 15–20 sets for smaller body parts, like triceps and calves. I work out five days weekly, and train all body parts only once a week. This will allow me to keep the intensity up throughout the entire routine. I keep all workouts to 90 minutes or less." Ovi will be on stage at MM Europe in his native Romania in September.
