"Unless you are the flash, you can't outrun a bad diet and dieting without cardio (exercise) would be too hard and not sustainable. It has to be a little bit of both. I don't do the same amount of cardio everyday. Sometimes I do 30 minutes, sometimes 45. Sometimes I go intense and sometimes I just walk. I adjust it according to how my diet is going. It has to be perfectly balanced as all things should be."
