Musclemania® Pro Kim Tae-Yang 김태양️ says, "These days, I'm maintaining my weight and gradually increasing the intensity of my workouts. Until recently, I did strength exercises and other sports. But for this year, I will build my body again and try to improve my symmetry.

"I'm doing bodybuilding exercises and complex joint exercises performed with heavy weight training. I'm doing single-joint exercises with high-repetition training. Both methods I do 6 days a week."
