At 6'2", 218 lbs., London master trainer Moziah Pinder says, "I’m happy with how training is going especially upper body! Despite having a bruised tendon on my knee, I'm still training legs as hard as I normally would. I'm still hitting them 7 days a week! My aim is to compete at Musclemania® London in September. Most of my protein comes from fish and I’m on 3,000 calories a day. Leg days will be a massive focus for me as soon as they heal to get them up to speed! Ready for stage! Ideally I’d like to do numerous shows but will I be able to put on enough size on my lower half? We will see!
