US Marine David Hampton mixes his bodybuilding and military training. The 6’2", 163 lbs., 22 year old explains, "My training consists after work sessions. My favorite things are shoulders and arms! My workouts consist of 4/5 movements per targeted muscle. And, post workout is 30/45 minutes in the sauna and to close the day 2 post workout meals. For cardio, I do an hour of fasted cardio at 5 AM every morning before work. Throughout my 10 hour work day I consume 1,400 calories."
