Pandemic shape suits David De La Peña just fine. The 5'8", 180 lbs., Mexican trainer says, "My training is based on intense super series with maximum weights and minimum rest between series to break more fibers and have a faster development and maturity of the muscle. I have been training like this for 1 year and it has changed my body more aesthetically. My diet is based on high amounts of protein, carbs and fats since I am genetically thin and need to eat a lot of clean calories."
