Moroccan Abdellah Batouj says he's been training natural since he started over 7 years ago. The 5'9", 170 lbs., 26 year old explains, "My current training includes PPL (push / pull / legs) with 1-2 days of rest per week. My diet is all about having enough energy for training and muscle building. I'm in my off-season and growing lean muscle."
