Musclemania® Paris Physique Greg Vong was super ripped at the show last month, but at 5'8", 175 lbs. he says he's staying lean until next season. Greg says, "Since the show I started reverse dieting slowly increase my carbs and still carb cycling with one cheat meal a week. I'm training with focus on my weak points with heavier weights to build more lean mass."
