"What kind of training split are you on?," asks Florida natty Gabriel Valantino. "I’m currently on a Chest/Tricep, Back/Bicep, Shoulder, and Leg day. When I notice my body hitting plateaus, I usually switch up my training split to help break through it. When you stick to the same routine for too long your body starts to adapt. When your body adapts you’ll start hitting plateaus and getting less results."
"I don’t recommend changing your workout schedule every week either. Let your body take a few weeks to adjust to the new training split. I usually take 4-5 weeks for each split until I switch it up. If changing your split still doesn’t help break those plateaus or give you better results try taking a deload to let your body rest."
