"I have changed all my commitments just so that I am in the gym twice a day and eating 6-7 times," Mo explains. The 5'10", 210 lbs., Cairo dentist continues, "Whatever it takes, no matter how many times I fail, I will never give up. I'm always patient because I believe that great things never come easy."
Musclemania Arabia and lifetime natural bodybuilder Mohammad El Qadi competed for the first time this month and was a media favorite. The 5'9", 200 lbs., Cairo native says, "I am a dentist by profession, but really I find myself in bodybuilding. Nothing gives me the same joy. I am blessed with bodybuilding. It's in my blood!"
Congratulations to Moustafa Gamal, the new Musclemania Arabia Champion. The 5'5", 160 lbs., 18 year old beat some incredible physiques who were 50+ lbs., bigger. But the MM judges selected the physique which best looked like the ideal MM bodybuilder with natural size, symmetry and condition. Musclemania® Paris Champion Loic Zine is training for his appearance at MM Arabia next week in Cairo. At 5'10", 218 lbs., he says, "The goal is to gain some lean weight and stay shredded. My training is composed of deadlifts, squat and bench press for maximum gains of strengh and gneral muscle mass. The other part of my training is really simple, dumbells and barbells (curls, skull cruchers, lunges and shrugs). I take almost 100g of dextrose and some bcaa to get focused and strength. To keep my system in an anabolic state time I eat every 3 hours including lean animal protein, rice and healthy fats." Loic's next show will be MM Universe in Miami.
Model Arabia Champion Youssef Sawaby transformed his physique for Musclemania® Universe. The 5'8", 180 lbs., 21 year old says, "It wasn't easy at all to prepare myself for the biggest event of the year. I was very strict with my diet to achieve the best shape of my life. In the last two weeks before the show, I decreased my carbs, protein and fats as well I was almost eating just a 1,000 calories per day, training twice a day. Egyptian sports model Moe Hadary is training for Musclemania® Arabia in Cairo, Egypt in June. The 6', 185 lbs., 27 year old financial analyst was a popular choice in a televised sports model show last weekend and says he's staying on his diet. "It will be my first real stage show," Moe explains about MM. "And, because it will be first natural one here in Egypt, I am really looking forward to competing against guys who are clean. There just hasn't been anything like it here before."
