Symmetry Mastered

New Zealand bodybuilder Omid Safdari may be relatively new to the contest scene, but the 5'6", 190 lbs., lifetime natural athlete has his symmetry mastered. He says, "I focus on all muscle groups equally through the employment of a variety of exercises such as both compound and isolation movements. I have achieved and continue to maintain my symmetry by making sure my calves, forearms, abs, shoulders and outer back are key muscle groupings, which require complete development if overall symmetry is desired."
