Malasian Ejal Jalal is proud that he won the Mr. Marvelous show. Don't laugh, its a real contest! And, when you see Ejal on stage and on camera, you know he's no joke. At 5'7", 170 lbs., 27 years old, the personal trainer has incredible muscle thickness and quality. Currently, Ejal is training to take his physique to Musclemania® Asia in Singapore next month.
Adnan Ali continues to grow and maintaining his shape. The 6', 220 lbs., 24 year old Pakistani is training for Musclemania® Asia in Singapore in September. "I work full time and take care of my family," Adnan says. "Since we moved to Islamabad a few years ago, its been tough, but I am making it work for everyone. I train before and after work and recently got a supplement sponsor, so everything's fitting together."
At 6', 210 lbs., Adnan Ali says he's trained for symmetry for the past 5 years. The 25 year old Pakistani trainer continues his journey and is training for Musclemania® Asia next season. He's qualified to compete at MM Universe and MM World in Miami and Las Vegas, respectively, but he's been denied a US visa 3 times. "I'm not giving up," Adnan asserts. "It's my dream to compete in America." But for now, expect to see Adnan on stage in Singapore in September.
Korean superstar Chul Soon took a splash after Musclemania® Universe in Florida in June. The 5'9", 200 lbs., MM Pro followed-up show with 3 days of media shoots with magazine photographers. Chul returned to Korea a few days later and appeared on a nationally televised fitness entertainment show in which he acted the DJ throughout the 1-hour program. Next month, he will travel to Singapore as a special guest at MM Asia along with fellow MM Pro legend Ade Rai of Indonesia.
Musclemania® Pro Chul Soon did a lot of shooting during his trip to MM Universe in Ft, Lauderdale last month. The Korea superstar then appeared on a nationally television fitness show in which he was the celebrity host. Chul will be making a special guest appearance at MM Asia in Singapore in October and back on stage at MM World Pro in Las Vegas in November. His new website will be launched soon.
Musclemania® Pro legend and lifetime natural Ade Rai appears here acting as Bima in the legendary Indonesia says, "I am happy to have been a true natural bodybuilder throughout my life. At 24 years old, Adnan Ali has worked for 5 years to develop his physique. "I always liked lifting weights," explains Adnan. "My father got me started, but I did not need much pushing. I took right to it." At 6', 215 lbs., Adnan says he's maintaining 6% bodyfat while working on his weaknesses. "I am planning to compete at Musclemania® Asia in Singapore, so am staying real lean, eating clean and working on my symmetry." Adnan will be on stage with over 100 of Asia's best natural bodybuilders.
Adnan Ali has transformed his physique from a bulky bodybuilder into a lean physique star. "I tried competing at Musclemania® Pakistan last year, but it was not a good experience for me," he explains. "I thought I knew what I had to look like to recognized by the the judges, but I did not make the top cut." Adnan stands at an impressive 6', 215 lbs. and has been training for 7 years. "I remember when my mother used to tell me that, "If you don't take time by the forelock, you'll be a ruined man." Avoiding delay, catching every available opportunity is what makes a man realize how important time is. An opportunity shows up, you miss it, you'll miss it forever because that opportunity was fixed for that time. And time's gone now. It's another thing when one says, "Time repeats itself." But in my opinion only clock repeats itself because in repetition things do not remain the same. What you were once at that time might be long changed!"
