Musclemania HW Adrain Childers says he's focusing on legs next month. The 6'3", 260 lbs., Texas natural explain, "My plans include spending quality time in the squat rack! The past few months I've eased back into squatting again, I feel I'm ready to amp it up a few notches. I plan on doing squats twice a week for the month. One session will consist of sets with lighter weights higher rep ranges (10-15) and a second session with heavier weights lower rep ranges (4-6). My goal is to add some density, strength and shape to my lower body to ensure balance and symmetry with my upper body."
As a NCAA Division II Basketball All-American, Dwayne Michael knows about athletic training and the discipline that goes along with it. Now the 6'3". 205 lbs., 28 year old is making forays into sports modeling and getting a lot of attention. And, now Dewayne is training with super intensity preparing for his competition debut at Musclemania® Physique & Model Lone Star next month in Texas. "I am doing everything in my power to make it in the business and mixing training, sports modeling, media and competitions is all part of it," he explains.
Musclemania® America Pro Champion Perry Hoskin may have only 3 shows to his credit in less than 4 months, but the 5'10", 185 lbs., Texas entrepreneur has knocked off all the top competition. "I like to win!," he asserts. "To me, I did not get into training and bodybuilding for fun. I have always got to the driven. Otherwise, I get stale and bored." Perry says he's training for his next match at MM Universe in Miami / Ft. Lauderdale in June. "I want to bring a new physique to the stage and am training every day and dieting for it already."
With just three shows experience, Musclemania® America Physique Champion Perry Hoskin is shaking up the sports model muscle scene. The 5'11", 185 lbs. barber says its become his new passion. "I have a couple of entrepreneur endeavors which all have taken a back seat to my training. I really want to enter the fitness field. I've stopped personal training to work on me for no pay. But it's my passion for sure. I played amateur and semi pro football for years then left to play arena football in Salt Lake City and cracked my sacrum before the season even started. So I came home to Texas and working out took the place of my football games."
Musclemania Pro Dewayne Malone is in probably the shape and size of his life. The 5'7", 185 lbs., Texan is heavier and leaner than last season. "I ate more calories and didn't sacrifice mass this time," Dewayne says. He will be at MM World next weekend and bring to the stage his new physique. Dewayne appears weekly on Houston television shows and newspapers and built an impressive training service.
Musclemania® Pro Dewayne J Malone is ripped and ready for his appearance at MM Paris next weekend. The 5'7", 190 lbs., Houston fitness star has been prepping for the show for 6 months. "Heck, I knew I wanted to do it, if for no other reason a great excuse to visit Paris!," Dewayne admits. He appears weekly on one of Houston's main television stations offer sports training tips and has a vast following for his professional and corporate services.
Texas HW Adrain Childers is hasn't competed for 2 years, but the 6'3", 255 lb. nutrition store store manager is as impressive as ever. He trains heavy 6 days a week and maintains low body fat all reason. "I've been doing this for over 10 years and got to a point where it’s easy to keep it tight and full all the time," Adrian says. He nearly won the '12 Musclemania America in Las Vegas, so let's hope Adrian makes a comeback some with his new physique.
