Now the 5'11", 215 lbs., lifetime natural says he's showing what six months of shadow training has done for his physique. "I'm hungrier then ever since I've been back. The goals are set much higher and I'm ready to smash what ever comes into my path this year!" With an undefeated recorded, Steve backs up his words.

Model America™ Champion Alan Valdez says he's getting back on stage! "I thought after winning last year that I would just focus on doing more TV work," he admits. "But its competitions that keep me motivated to stay in shape and really helps my drive. I love being in commercials and serial TV shows, but I'm the only one that's in shape when I shoot those shows. I confess - I like to compete!" So, the 5'11", 200 lbs., 27 year old sports model and actor says he's heading back to Las Vegas in November. At 5'10", 191 lbs., 19 year old bodybuilder Clyde Mataj after his workout this morning. "The chest workout was epic! Unless I'm about to puke, pull a muscle or pass out, I'm not gonna stop. I have no limits. I dream big, I work hard." Clyde has been training for barely 3 years. The Michigan resident and lifetime natural bodybuilder trains twice a day and is training for Musclemania® Superbody™ in September. "It will be my first show and contest diet, so I have already started to see what's working," Clyde says.
Clyde Mataj has only been bodybuilding for 3 years, but the 5'10", 185 lbs., 19 year old chef has developed a crazy thick physique already. "Working in a restaurant, I get to eat all the time," he says. "I training in the morning before work, then back again to the gym in the evening. So, I am able to eat all day. A couple of weeks ago, I started cutting carbs and picking up my cardio because I want to compete." Clyde has never been on stage before, so he will be big surprise in any Musclemania Teenage Division.

Daniel Roman is training for his show debut at Musclemania® Colombia in two weeks. The 5'6", 185 lbs., 21 year old college student is getting leaner everyday. "I am on my diet but still eating 6-7 times a day," he says. "I am training twice a day, doing a split routine and resting between workouts. Its all working."

The 5'8", 211 lbs., South African natural bodybuilder says, "I am so much leaner than the show. I've stuck to my diet but kept eating, clean of course. Me and Henry Adell agreed we should diet all the way down. My training is twice a day. I'm focused on heavy compound movements. My diet is higher protein with carbs fluctuating, carb cycling but more like macro cycling."
