Persian teenage natural bodybuilder Sami Mirzaee says Coronavirus home training are among the toughest challenges he's faced. The 5'6", 170 lbs., 19 year old, lifetime natural explains, "My diet is a combination of a carbs cycling and every 4 days fasting. In the mornings, I do 30 minutes of cardio in the form of a HITT like burpees and rope and functional training and then 20 minutes of various abdominal movements.
