The newest Musclemania Pro is Matt Liller from West Virginia, a 5'10", 198 lbs. former NCAA basketball and track athlete. He's been training for bodybuilding since graduating from college and just won the MM Universe LHW Class. Against some of the toughest naturals ever seen, Matt dominated the class but plans on taking two years before he competes on the MM Pro level. He will start law school in the fall and wants to develop his physique with better symmetry and overall size.
Because Musclemania Pros are an exclusive and respected group of the finest natural bodybuilders in the sport, qualification is challenging. Currently, athletes can qualify and earn their professional status only by winning selected events and/or weight classes (see Event Info).
Professionals in other natural bodybuilding federations may qualify only by competing in Musclemania amateur or international events. Musclemania Professionals who subsequently compete in other federations will lose their MM Professional status and need to compete as an amateur and attempt to requalify at a Musclemania regional, national or international competition to regain their status. |
